Greater Tampa Swimming Association started 2010 with a road trip to
Orlando for the 2010 Swim
Orlando YMCA Winter Open. It seems as if everyone’s
New Year’s resolution must have been to start off the year
with new best times the way the team was swimming. 70 times GTSA swimmers finished
with new personal bests, including 100% best times from Sidney
Whitfield, Morgan Tankersley, Madyson Melendez, Reagan Flynn, and
Gabriela Donahue. It
was also a team effort when it came to scoring points with 14
different team members pitching in points. It is now Championship season for
Greater Tampa Swimming Association. Junior Olympics kick it off with
Senior Championships, and Area 3-5 Championships following close
after.
